Brave Little advocates the importance of support communities that include mental health services in the lives of children.
That is why we’ve aligned with a Strategic Partner that with — and advocates on behalf of — children and young adults.
HILLSIDES is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mental health services to children and young adults
and transforming communities through advocacy. Located in Pasadena on a nurturing 17-acre campus, Hillsides Cares offers an uplifting treatment environment for youths ages 6 to 17 years old of diverse cultural backgrounds
and LGBTQI2-S community and their families.
The goal of the Partnership is to bring awareness to the work of this nonprofit. In addition to representing Hillsides in the final credits and publicity materials, we’re establishing a liaison with a Hillsides Counselor as a consultant on set. During principal photography, we’re also offering one-day paid creative opportunities to the young Artists from Hillsides. The positions would be matched with the young person's
area of interest, such as production, visual effects, editing, music composition, etc.
